BiohackHaus Stays provides a marketplace connecting guests with protocol-ready accommodations. We are not a party to agreements between hosts and guests. Properties are independently owned and operated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
All bookings are subject to availability and host confirmation. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are presented at the time of booking. You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings.
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, misrepresent your identity, interfere with platform operations, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
BiohackHaus Stays is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or from the condition of any listed property.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
